New Dawn Outreach Ministries is located at the Sulzbacher Center, 611 East Adams Street, in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. We bring hugs, smiles and love to our downtown friends.  Ministry services with coffee and pastries are held at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the residents' dining room and the 2nd Saturday of each month outside at the Good Careers Building where we serve a full hot breakfast. We are so honored to be partnering with the Sulzbacher Center. Please take a look at this wonderful organization.
