Operating for more than 20 years in the for-profit world as an executive leader in the financial services industry, Dawn has deep expertise in leading multi-site international operations. She brings a wealth of experience in solving complex challenges, creating leading-edge solutions, and providing strategic organizational direction and execution. These skills, coupled with her dynamic executive leadership abilities allow her to provide New Dawn Outreach with sound management oversight. Dawn's strengths include relationship management, implementation of cost-saving initiatives, strategic transformations, and process improvements. In 2021 Dawn was named as Mortgage Banker Magazine Powerful Women of Mortgage Banking.

 

In addition to being an ordained minister, Dawn holds a Master's degree in Executive Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Business Management.
